L sent in these 2 sumpaint pictures showing some of the things he got up to in the summer holidays. They show his dog Wendy in the river at Port Meadow, and boats at Abingdon. Well done L!

Homework – Sumopaint

This morning we used sumopaint to make the avatar for our twitter/audioboo pages. Sumopaint is a program that you can download and buy but you can also use it for free directly from it’s website. If you go to www.sumopaint.com at the top of the screen there is small writing saying ‘open sumo paint’. Click on this and you are into the program. It’s got some nice effects and different tools and you can save your pictures afterwards.

Your homework is to use sumopaint to make a picture! You can either save it at home then open it in another program and print it to bring in, or the best way is to get whoever is helping you to email the picture to alex@john-watson.oxon.sch.uk (you can do this directly from sumopaint by clicking ‘file’ then ‘send to email’).
