Halloween

We are proud to present our Halloween radio play. The story has been written and acted by the class, as well as choosing all the sound effects. The skeleton dance music was recorded by 2 pupils using a soundbeam (www.soundbeam.co.uk) and the drums, bass and classical additions were made using garageband. We had a great time recording this and hope you enjoy it! Have a happy Halloween!

my fishing weekend

I went fishing at Wheatley at the weekend. I nearly catched a fish, but it went a way. All a suddenly my brother catched a fish. Then ten minuets my ether brother catched a fish. Then my dad nearly catched a fish, but then we went home. The end.

In circle time we thought about how to use our personal power to make good choices. We thought about some scenarios where people could make good choices and improvised some scenes using PuppetPals HD on the ipad. Here they are!

Super woman amy pond is good she works with the doctor.
She has a pink sonic screwdriver to zap the daleks with.
Daleks sek exterminates and that is what makes him evil.
they have a big fight and amy shoots a force field to desroy the daleks. The doctor wins but the new daleks come.the doctor esapes in the tardis to gallafray the end

Aliens

We finished our Aliens soundtrack this afternoon – we used ‘Garageband‘ to choose instruments and styles and mix them around. We will use it as a background to our ‘Aliens Love Underpants’ audiobook when we have finished recording the vocals! We hope you like it.

we squirt paint on the paper then we used leaves sticks dasyes we dragd the leaves to make patins the same as the sticks and the dasyes it come out really good we waited it to dry then we completed are piece of art we are creative wive are work it was fun we did it outside

Grouping Animals

Over the last couple of days we have been looking at ways to group animals into different types. We each took one classification of animals and found pictures of them. We then made them into animotos with a few animal facts thrown in! Here are the first 3 groups.

This morning we learned how to use Animoto to make funky slideshows of our pictures. We used the photographs we had taken on our great plant hunts around the school fields. We hope you enjoy them!
